This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which Sense Tempo Educational Hub Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages tuition refunds, cohort rescheduling, and cancellation requests for participants of Dime Wallet & Security Library educational programs.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies exclusively to paid educational registrations, including open-cohort masterclasses, dedicated corporate briefings, and hands-on technical labs. Public research articles and open library guides are provided free of charge and are not subject to refund terms.
2. Cancellation Timelines & Refund Eligibility
Because our interactive seminars maintain strict cohort capacity limits (maximum 12 virtual participants or 8 in-person Hanoi participants), cancellations directly affect cohort scheduling and instructor allocation.
Standard Cancellation Schedule
- Notice Given 14 or More Calendar Days Before Session Start:
- Full Refund (100%) of tuition paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party banking transfer fees.
- Notice Given Between 7 and 13 Calendar Days Before Session Start:
- Partial Refund (50%) of tuition paid, OR a 100% credit transfer toward a future scheduled cohort within 6 months.
- Notice Given Less Than 7 Calendar Days Before Session Start:
- Non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration seat to a colleague or alternate engineer within your organization at no additional charge.
3. Rescheduling & Cohort Transfers
- Participant-Requested Rescheduling: You may request to move your registration to an alternative cohort date up to 7 calendar days before the start date without penalty (subject to seat availability).
- Substitutions: You may designate an alternate attendee from your organization up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time by emailing

4. Work Already Commenced & Non-Refundable Items
- Once an educational session has commenced (Day 1 instruction has started), tuition fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Physical printed course manuals or shipped hardware demonstration drill kits that have already been dispatched are non-refundable.
- Participant absences or no-shows without prior written notice are non-refundable.
5. Course Postponement or Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that Sense Tempo Educational Hub Ltd. must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen instructor illness, technical infrastructure failure, or severe weather conditions in Hanoi:
- Registered participants will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% full refund or guaranteed priority placement in the next available cohort.
- Our liability is limited strictly to the refund of tuition fees paid; we are not liable for external travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred by attendees.
6. Refund Request Process & Processing Times
- How to Request: Submit a written cancellation or refund request via email to
hello@sensetempohub.click, citing your registration invoice number and attendee details. - Review Window: Our admissions coordinator will acknowledge and review your request within 2 business days.
- Settlement Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original method of payment (bank wire transfer or institutional settlement account).
